The 2025 annual Aldasoro Ranch community owners meeting and Board of Director elections is scheduled on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, 9:00 a.m., via ZOOM.    Click the following link to view the agenda.

In order to conduct business, the HOC must achieve a quorum of 51% of 160 total lots.  Please RSVP by completing a meeting response proxy form and return it to HOC Director of Operations Shellie Duplan via email as soon as possible at director@aldasororanch.com, but no later than February 15, 2025.  Please do NOT mail the PROXY form back to the HOC – email only.

CALL FOR BOARD SEAT NOMINATIONS 

The HOC is seeking nominations for two open seats on the Board of Directors for a three-year term (2025-2027). Interested candidates must email a letter of interest to the HOC at director@aldasororanch.com, no later than February 1, 2025.  Letters of Interest should include answers to the following questions: 

• What experience and skill characteristics make you the best candidate for the HOC board position? 

• Are you able to contribute a minimum of 4 hours per month to the HOC? 

• Are you available to attend monthly board meetings the 4th Tuesday of every month at 9:00 a.m. either in-person or by Zoom? 

• List any other HOA and/or Board positions 

Letters of interest and candidate information will be posted on the HOC “Owners Only” website for owner consideration on February 2, 2025.  We look forward to your participation!  Please contact the HOC with any questions.  Thank you.
