The HOC needs a minimum of 82 attendees or proxies to constitute a quorum and without your presence, or proxy, we cannot conduct a meeting. We look forward to your participation at this annual meeting. HOC staff and Board representatives will report on news, services, projects, and planning in the Aldasoro Ranch.
