The annual Aldasoro Ranch community owners meeting and Board of Director elections is scheduled on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, 9:00 a.m. via ZOOM.  Zoom meeting details can be found below. 

Please RSVP by completing the enclosed proxy form and returning it to HOC Director of Operations Shellie Duplan via email at director@aldasororanch.com, no later than February 2, 2024.  It is important that all owners return this proxy to meet our quorum requirements.

The HOC is also seeking nominations for one open seat on the Board of Directors for a three-year term. Currently, incumbent Bob McMahon intends to run for a second term. Other interested candidates must email a letter of interest to the HOC at director@aldasororanch.com, by February 2, 2024, to be included on the ballot.  Letters of Interest should include answers to the following questions:

• What experience and skill characteristics make you the best candidate for a board position?
• Are you able to contribute a minimum of 4 hours per month to the HOC?
• Are you available to attend monthly board meetings the 4th Tuesday of every month at 9:00 a.m. either in-person or by Zoom?
